Gout is a common form of inflammatory arthritis that is very painful. It usually affects one joint at a time (often the big toe joint). There are times when symptoms get worse, known as flares, and times when there are no symptoms, known as remission. Repeated bouts of gout can lead to gouty arthritis, a worsening form of arthritis. Gout flares start suddenly and can last days or weeks. These flares are followed by long periods of remission—weeks, months, or years—without symptoms before another flare begins. Gout usually occurs in only one joint at a time. It is often found in the big toe. Along with the big toe, joints that are commonly affected are the lesser toe joints, the ankle, and the knee.

Tinnitus is known as Karnanada in Ayurveda. It is a ringing sound that is heard in one ear or both ears’ Symptoms include persistent buzzing, ringing, hissing sound or sensation in one ear or both the ears. The cause may be due to age-related hearing loss, an injury to the ear, or due to a problem with the circulatory system.

Sinusitis is the infection in the air cavities in the sinus area. Symptoms include Headache, Fever, Nasal congestion, sore throat, cough, etc.Causes can be viral, bacterial or fungal, or allergens and chemicals. People with low immunity are prone to Sinus infection very often. According to Ayurveda the main dosha for Sinusitis is Vata and Kapha dosha.

Tonsillitis is inflammation of the tonsils. It's usually caused by a viral infection or, less commonly, a bacterial infection. Tonsillitis is a common condition in children, teenagers, and young adults.
